As you probably know by now, Wayfair is one of my favorite places to shop for home decor and furniture. Over the years, I’ve purchased so many pieces from them online, and they never disappoint.

This summer, I was thrilled when Wayfair opened its first-ever retail store in the Chicagoland area, at Edens Plaza in Wilmette! I’ve been there a few times now and it’s such a fun shopping experience.

Have you decorated for the holidays yet? I usually wait until the day after Thanksgiving, but since it’s so late this year, I may put mine up next week. I’m eager because I ended up getting a few new items to add to my Christmas decor arsenal.

This cute tree doormat will welcome guests to our home. I ended up getting it in a 30″ x 48″ size and it’s large enough for our front porch. I think it’s one I’ll whip out year after year!

I also got this brass bell that adds a little antique touch to our Christmas decor. I may hang it on our front door with a wreath.

Rugs are where you’ll find some of the best deals right now. I try never to buy a rug at full price and always wait for a good sale! With Wayfair offering up to 70% off area rugs, now is the perfect time to snag one if your space needs an update.

I’ll admit this isn’t exactly my area of expertise, since I leave most of the cooking and baking to the real chef in our household, my husband, Finn! But I had him check out some of the deals, and he picked out a few of his favorites. With savings of up to 55% off in this category, it’s a great opportunity to grab some kitchen essentials, especially if you’re hosting this holiday season!

One kitchen item I do know a thing or two about? Stasher bags! We use them constantly for our kids’ snacks, and they’ve been a game-changer for us. I highly recommend snagging this starter pack—it’s a fantastic way to ditch plastic baggies for good!
